• Project: A full neighborhood revitalization plan located in the Worcester Massachusetts Theater District. This portfolio includes a 95,000 square foot parking garage, a 45-unit apartment building, a 10,000 square foot office building, and vacant Opportunity Zone development site. The centerpiece of the portfolio is the Skymark Tower, consisting of 206 apartments and 250,000 square feet. LDM Partners is managing all aspects of the renovations to the portfolio including apartment upgrades, elevator modernizations, HVAC replacements, streetscape improvements, façade updates, and common area amenity upgrade.
